A brushless micro motor is a type of electric motor that is characterized by small size and the absence of brushes that are typically used in traditional motors to transfer power. Rather, using electronic commutation to control the motor's speed and direction, this type of motor consists of a rotor with permanent magnets and a stator with coils.
By sending a sequence of signals through the coils, the magnetic fields in the stator interacts with the magnets in the rotor. This process is then managed by an electronic speed controller (ESC) which regulates the current running through the motor coils.

They are a preferable option to brushed motors due to their higher efficiency and longer-lasting performance; lack of brushes also reduces the need for frequent maintenance.
Firstly, connect the handpiece cable and foot control cable to the interface of the control box. Afterwards, make sure that the voltage marked on the control box is same as the one you're using. Then, plug the power cord into the power outlet.
Afterwards, adjust the speed control knob to the lowest speed "0". Following that, turn on the power of the control box. You are now ready to turn the speed control knob clockwise to increase the speed.
In case you need to change the direction of rotation, remember to turn off the motor first. Double check the handpiece stops rotating before you turn the forward/reverse switch to change the direction of rotation. When you want to use foot control, you will need to turn the hand control/foot control switch to the "poot" position.
